North on the 405 Fwy. Merge to the 5 Fwy North. Merge Hwy14 North towards Palmdale (Mojave). Stay on North Hwy 14 all the way to Mojave (approximately ONE hour). Go straight thru Mojave. Turn RIGHT soon after the railroad tracks and proceed on Hwy 14 towards Bishop. From this point it is approximately 22-24 miles. You will pass the Jawbone Store on the left, soon after a Randsburg/Johannesburg turnoff on the right, and finally Camp Ricardo on the left. Proceed straight, a couple of miles after the Camp Ricardo turn off, look for the Dove Springs sign on the right side of Hwy 14. It is a small Brown sign low to the ground. Immediately following the sign, turn LEFT onto a dirt road. Go straight for 1 Mile. Then turn RIGHT. You will go up a small grade (approximately 200 yards) with a cattle crossing at the top. From the cattle crossing go STRAIGHT for 5 miles or so. (Ignore the road crossings along the way, STAY STRAIGHT).

Note: Mojave is a great place to pick up your last minute needs, such as, Gas, Ice, Food, Nachos, Beverages, etc. There is a Stater Bros. Grocery store at the end of town.
